The HR rep scheduled a time and date for a call and had to reschedule last minute, so I accomodated a date change. Then she called a day too early for our scheduled date. When the right day/time came, she called and we had a bad connection so the call dropped and I called her back right away. She answered with a bit of attitude in her voice, quipping sarcastically that she “thinks she had the right day and time”. After a dry interview of me going over my background, there was a short discussion of pay expectations and then she hung up before I could even finish saying, “Thanks, and have a great day.” This was a horrible first impression of this company and was quite relieved when I got the inevitable email stating they were pursuing “other candidates “. I would not recommend this company unless you want to feel like an unimportant cog in a corporate machine.
