Very long process. Online application followed by online tests. Once you have passed the tests, there is a telephone interview which lasts around 30/40 minutes. Received a confirmation email the day following the telephone interview confirming I was through to the final stage. From this stage, it took 2 months for me to be sent an automatic email confirming not successful. Emailed HR numerous times to ask for updates and ask to arrange an interview within the 2 months. Apparently, they offer interviews on a first come first serve basis and fill the position before interviewing all candidates.
