Split into 3 parts: 1- Numeracy and Written Exercise, 2- Group Exercise, 3 Strengths Based Interview. Tests were fairly easy, not too pushed for time, group activity is just selecting which project to undertake and they’ll change the time you’ve got to decide and then present idea, and the interview is fairly straightforward
