Overall they assess your ability to work in team and think on your feet not the ability to answer everything correctly.
Candidates on assessment centre are not applying for the same jobs so there is no competitive attitude.

Short phone call with a friendly member of the recruitment team! I was then invited to a group stage but did not accept this offer. I found the interview very easy and the team member did very well at putting me at ease

Welcoming, good range of questions that are comprehensive. Had to deliver a presentation and then answer numerous behaviour/skill based questions. Lasted approximately 90 minutes. Previously, had to complete a Virtual Assessment Centre and an Online Interview.
