Very easy interview, just asked me to tell them about myself, and then asked about my experiences before applying for the role. Overall good experience and decent interviewers. Good communication skills and a good understanding of the industry are important
I did two rounds of interviews, the first was a screening call with more general questions about myself, second was with a manager who explained what the job would entail.

Great experience - did not feel intimidated at all really got to just have a conversation about what my goals looked like. I wanted a position in Rogers, unfortunately they were full but wanted to work with me, so they offered me a internship at another office.
