It was a nice setting and very personable. They asked questions related to my field. There were some tough usual questions that most employers ask. What are your goals and what do you want out of the job?

A little long but good vetting process. They make sure there is a good fit between company and employee. During the interview, part of the staff takes to you lunch so you can get to know them better.

Phone call with a recruiter, followed by an assessment test and a final interview with managers. The process takes about a month, but everything was simple and all the people are nice and helpful throughout the process
