Pretty straightforward process. I was contacted through email for a phone screen after applying online. The phone screen went well and I was invited to an onsite interview where I was given a demo of their clinic and interviewed with 3 members on the team. Within an hour of leaving after the onsite, I was told I would be moving forward in the process with an exercise. I completed the exercise and submitted within one day. From this point onwards, the experience went downhill. They had their LA launch approaching, so I was told that they'd love to discuss next steps with me, but would have to wait until their hiring managers are available. I was understanding and flexible, let them know that I appreciated the communication and can wait until after the LA launch. The LA launch came and went, another week passed, and I received 0 updates on their end. At this point, I decided to double check their website and saw that their Sourcer position was no longer listed. I can only assume they decided to remove the position or moved forward with another candidate.
Overall, extremely unprofessional. Given the time I invested into their interview process, I expected better communication on their end. To be told there was positive feedback about my candidacy and strung along for weeks then to get ghosted in the end is incredibly rude.
