The interview process was smooth, convenient, and enjoyable. The first interview was 15-minutes with a recruiter who basically asked about my background and then she talked about the company. I had to complete an assignment that tested my clinical knowledge and grammar before the next interview. The second interview was about 20-minutes with the clinical lead. I had fun talking to both!

Quick video chat with offsite operations team. More of a meet and greet than a vigorous interview. Lasted about 20 minutes. Was offered the job on the spot at the end of the call.
Typing speed, basic computer navigation, Clinical “skills” (evaluating patient communication and clinical approach) tests are part of the interview process. Low level of difficulty overall., basic primary care provider knowledge.

Video interview with pre-recorded questions and time to think and re-do your interview answers. Very easy and stress free. I did not feel overly stressed during the process and had time to think and review my answers.
