One of the SF ops leads reached out to me cold and we jumped on a call. I had a couple video calls with two other leads on the team and then completed an exercise. They flew me out to their HW in SF to interview in-person. Everyone was friendly and helpful, although I did not get a chance to meet the CEO. The recruiter reached out to me a few days later letting me know they weren't moving forward.
