It started well. The complete interview process for me was good is what I thought. However, later on the interviewer for just boasting about the company. It was more of a marketing tactic rather than an interview to hire a candidate.

1. A few years down the line, when you look back at your career, what is it that you feel you might have accomplished?
There is a strong focus on candidate fit in addition to structured problem solving that is tested. Forward seems to really be focused on finding the right characters for their team and that comes through their interview process.
