I applied online through their website with a referral. They asked for an online interview within twenty four hours. I got scheduled for an in person interview within a couple hours of the online interview. They made it sound like I had the job if I wanted it but wanted to see me interact with kids. I withdrew shortly after the online interview cause I couldn't meet their 9 month commitment requirement (college student).
