Applied online. Received an email next day inviting me for a phone interview. They specified a day, not a time and called me. Interviewer asked me only 2 questions and lasted for 4 minutes. I received an email next day telling me I was not successful. Absolute waste of time of my time. The interviewer didn't even bother asking me about my relevant experiences that I had to ask her at the end if she's interested in knowing my academic, professional background and relevant skills.
