This was one of the most unprofessional interview process I have ever been through. I applied then was invited for an interview. I was asked to schedule and select my availability . After doing so I got no reply or confirmation. I followed up and was ghosted. A month later I got a phone call out the blue inviting me to a phone interview. I nailed it then got ghosted again to only get denied 3 weeks later.
