Great manager to introduce the job and environment.
Nice colleague said I am very suitable to the job.
Having solid manufacturing background to build the robots.
But I hate the paper works needed to do before interview and asking so many unrelated questions.

Leader is nice. Questions are not too difficult, They value attitude and learning spirit more than experience. 1 round only. Easier if referral. Maybe English if Vietnamese leader not free.

simple, discuss the background for job. talk with senior managers. online applitude test. almost for one hour to finish. Asked for ready to second interview if there is chance. Second interview was about product knowladge and past experince.
