Easy and very smooth, very friendly female interviewer. Tell me all the detail of work and warning me first to avoid unexpected experience for me. Prepare yourself in term of the stress for this job . Act as a intermediary to serve customer and communicate with internal department and also forwarder. No face to face interaction
