First interview went well and I was informed I will get a recruitment task in the next couple of days, the task never came and when I emailed the HR rep I was notified that they will not hire me. For a company that boasts about their culture this was not at all professional.

Not a lot of questions focused on skills and tasks, a lot of psychological questions like what is your biggest failure, how do you react to conflict etc.
