Entretien
I submitted my CV and was contacted within a few days to arrange for a phone interview. The phone interview only last 15 minutes. Following the phone interview, I was asked to come in for a face to face. I interview with the hiring manager (the one who did the phone interview), the attorney I would be working under and the lady in charge of the Sydney field office. I was called within a few hours to arrange a time to take the pre employment assessment. The assessment was fairly simple. It tested how you prioritise your tasks and basic legal writing. Following that, I was asked to complete a full background check including academic, criminal and immigration status. I was also asked for my college transcript. I provided everything. It took about 2 weeks from providing all my details to hear and answer. The entire process took 3 weeks. I did not end of getting the job. I did not receive any explanation or feedback about why I did not get the job.

First interview was a phone screening. She asked about my experience with immigration law, comfortability with commute/location, why I am looking for a new position and then why Fragomen. Explained next interview would be in person

It was a great process with a quick turnaround. The questions were thorough, thoughtful, and relevant. I appreciated the professionalism and efficiency throughout the interview. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.

HR screening interview over the phone, followed by virtual interview with a partner, followed by written assessment (advising a client on obtaining a visa), followed by informal chat with line manager.
