this interview will be a one on one with unit manager of the expected unit you will be working in, at the desired hospital. Usually there will be a team interview after the initial interview.

Very quick to respond to online application. Straight forward interview and hiring process. Didn't care for the required reference submission before interviewing as I think this should be done after initial contact.

They were prompt at getting back to me and friendly during the process. I appreciated how organized they were with communication. Most of the questions focused on critical thinking rather than being quizzed.

It was a telephonic interview through microsoft teams. It was not hard. Interviewer was approachable and friendly. Not to intimidating. Overall it was easy. Very smooth interview. Cons: The manager was later for the interview. Has to wait in teams for more than 30minutes
