It took 3 weeks to schedule an interview because the manager took a long time to reply after receiving my availability. It was very chaotic and I thought they had forgotten about my application. I would be told to call the store to confirm but the manager was never there during the times she had specified.

The manager was the nicest person, and she made the interview process very relaxed. It felt more like a conversation than a standard interview. But of course she asked standard questions as well. The questions were meant to really get a feel of my own skills and my personality, to see if I would be a good fit.
