Asked a lot of behavioral questions regarding past experience, what I was looking for in my next roles, etc. Also some questions on technical language features I used in projects and some digging after that

I applied online and was contacted by the recruiting team.
- The process began with an online screening that focused on my previous experience and current projects.
- I was then invited to an onsite interview, which included a one-hour presentation followed by a Q&A session. This portion was primarily technical and went smoothly.
- The onsite continued with five technical sessions with different team members.
While the process was well-structured, several aspects of the experience raised concerns. Interviewers often focused on probing for weaknesses and attempting to challenge or dismantle demonstrated strengths, which created a noticeably negative and high-pressure environment. In several sessions, the team presented their own complex internal problems and expected the candidate to propose a comprehensive roadmap for solving them within 10–15 minutes — an unrealistic expectation that contributed further to the toxicity of the experience.
Moreover, there appeared to be an expectation that a single candidate would possess the skills of several specialized roles, suggesting an environment with high demands and a potentially poor work-life balance. Although I was not extended an offer, I had already determined that this was not the kind of environment I would want to join for the next chapter of my career.
On the business side, it also became evident that the company is still struggling to scale its technology.
