4 stages of interviews including a presentation, to prepare and send in advance, way too long considering we all have demanding full time jobs. It didn't lead to an offer that is fair enough and gave me a feedback. I would have possibly appreciated a phone call considering the time I have spent to prepare for this job interview.

Each step was almost the same; only the last couple of interviews were more in-depth and made me think a lot.
