I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn about a position at their company. I had a first round interview that went well, but I never heard back from the recruiter. I find this to be very rude and unprofessional. It's common courtesy to let candidates know whether or not they've been selected for the next round of interviews, or if they've been eliminated from the process. It's especially frustrating when you've taken the time to prepare for and interview for a position, only to be left hanging.
