After submitting my CV, a short phone call interview was followed up with. Following that, a group interview was scheduled and took place. At the interview, we were asked questions about how we would respond to various scenarios. We were then given a customer type and occasion to dress for, and told to gather items from the shop floor and present the outfit.

If a customer was trying on clothes and asked for your opinion on an outfit that clearly didn't suit them, how would you respond?

They asked me all the questions that they should NOT have - where am I originally from; do I plan on having a baby soon etc. I ended up not getting the job despite not planning on having a baby lol

Entretien
Included a group interview where we had to pick different scenarios from a hat e.g. date night, on holiday, clubbing, etc. We were given a couple of mins to go around the store to build an outfit. We then took turns presenting our outfits to everyone.
