This was an average 1 on 1 interview at first, then the IQ/Personality test was emailed and completed. Supervisor stated she would "check on salary" prior to any further work-up as I have multiple years in this field. However, after 1 week, and myslef contacting the facility, was told that I needed to complete the background check and drug screen prior to being offered a salary. Was also asked during first interview, to provide my request for a salary amount to the supervisor. Was informed at that time, after reported my previous salary at this position, that the state to state salary was lower in the state I was interviewing for, and she "would check and see what I can do, and let you know. Then you can tell me if you're interested in the position."
