They ask you in for an interview and ask you a lot of questions about your previous employer. They ask you how you handle stress or being over whelmed. You also have to take a personality test to show what kind of person you are and how you learn new things so they can see ahead of time if they can accommodate your learning style.

Why did you leave or was fired from your last job. If things were getting out of hand in the clinic stress wise how do you handle your stress and not let it affect your job

Entretien
It was an easy interview....but they were pretty desperate. Asked questions about my reliability and if I have kids that someone else can take care of them so that I don't miss work.
