Very seamless interview process. Definitely tough, but challenging in all the best ways. A Watson Glaser, internal written test, followed by a multiple part assessment centre (talks, speaking to prior interest, commercial interview and personal interview).

Gave us a commercial article, which we are given time to study prior to then having an hour long interview on it.

Entretien
Standard online process, psychometric testing, HR interview and an assessment centre: this included a case study presentation to a panel of associates, a written exercise and an interview. Overall it did not diverge significantly from other law firm application processes.
