casual with manager, one on one, think it really depends on the manager and there are no standard questions except some situational and behavioural ones, like how do you deal with angry customers

I worked here as my first job at 16 years old. I was in high school and most other employees were also just as young or university-age. Communication within the team and with management was sub-par but the job itself was pretty simple and I liked the atmosphere. I hurt my back and needed to take a long leave, and when I returned, I didn’t receive any communications from my boss despite my consistent and clear, friendly updates.
