I applied online for the Office Assistant position through Fresno county. After examination and passing, I was informed I would be placed on a waitlist for the organization. I then received a call from one of the departments asking if i would like to come in for an interview. The day of the interview is conducted as a panel interview.

4 to 5 panel interview with basic questions. Nerve acting cause the interviewers are head of HR and high ranking sergeants. Come professionally dressed. If you are black, best to wear wig or just make sure its not your natural hair. If natural hair, very sleek back ponytail.
