I did several interviews (1 HR recruiting, 1 director and hiring manager, 1 HR manager Italy, 1 Procurement Manager counterpart on site and 1 with VP). I got a first offer and in the same period I spurted out I was pregnant and for transparency I shared the info and guess what....they came back saying they cannot hire me anymore because of that. Want to highlight that I communicated about my personal situation for seek of transparency and pregnancy is protected by law. Is the first time in my career I've been discriminated. I think this company at this point has a pretty bad ethic and short term mindset is they cannot handle 5 months without a person...apply just if you are men or women not interested in having kids
