They contacted me via email after I applied for the job, asked for a design task as part of the hiring process that I agreed to do because I was interested in them as a company, I worked on it and sent it back to them after two days only to be ghosted, without even an email telling me I wasn't a fit and thanking me for my time they wasted. Very incosiderate to even ask for a task without even talking to candidates first, and extremely incosiderate to not even deign to write an update email. Overall a learning experience to never trust these "startups".
