I had a phone interview with standard interview questions & then scheduled the face-to-face interview the following day. I was taken to sit with someone & listen to them take a few calls immediately upon arrival. Then I was taken to a room & asked a few more standard interview questions by 2 interviewers. After I asked a few questions I was asked to take a seat in the lobby while they made sure they had all the information they needed before I left. I was then taken to meet with my phone interviewer/HR representative & was offered the job on the spot!
