A very positive first interview with a bubbly recruiter who really sells the company. The second interview was with two members of the 'creative team', with the head of brand having an extremely bad attitude, turning up late, not being able to formulate questions properly or answer them (wasn't too sure how to explain what the vision of the company was) and clearly felt intimidated by my skillset and found an excuse not to put me forward (claiming a lack of motivation when I prepared a killer presentation late at night between my day job and travel) - interviewers even complimented on the presentation and asked deck to be sent. A real shame as the company looked great but the brand manager is a negative and retrograde leader wannabe.
