The process is simple and direct, focusing on the candidate's abilities. During the interview, the interviewer was very patient and kind. She gave me a case and explained it in advance through email, so the interview was more like a presentation.

The interviewer was a very nice and professional lady. She asked a lot about projects i did before, especially quantitative analysis related.
It was a group interview. Other 3 candidates all from smu or nus.
