Signed into the customer service area. Was given a QR code to the store career listings to fill out. Waited approximately 10 minutes before talking to one of the managers (in my casa, the store secretary). Standard personality questions. Simple, straightforward, easy. Be professional, don’t lie, and let your personality come through.

Well, someone made a mistake with timing. They scheduled someone else during my scheduled interview time but I didn't really care as long as I got interviewed. However, this was the second in-person interview with management. First, there was a phone-call interview.

It starts with phone interview. They ask you some general questions. Then you go in for a second in person interview. They ask similar questions to the phone interview. A way you know that you got the job is if they tell you theyre gonna run background checks
