One phone screen with a recruiter Thomas Koch, followed by one technical screen with an engineer and an on-site with 4 more interviewers - 3 coding and 1 behavioral After the final round, I reached out to the recruiter several times to inquire about the status but received no response. About 1 week after the final interview, I reached the recruiter via his cell and was told the team was interested and was working on the details of the next step. He said he would respond later that day, but never did. I emailed two more times but still did not get a response. I'd rather refer a rejection rather than being ghosted after investing 6 hrs in the interview process. I'm not sure if this behavior is representative of the company, but based on other Glassdoor Reviews, my situation is not unique. I hope this review is helpful!

Scheduled a 30 minute call with a recruiter. Received a calendar invite to be called. Ghosted. Recruiter never called. Incredibly unprofessional. Looking at their stock price and history it seems on brand.
