A Show you Know was arranged for 15 to 20 minutes. Showed up to find several other facilitators in the room also going for the same role(s) - unusual, had not been communicated but didn't mind. What followed was illuminating. Several staff at Fuel including the MD admitted to other staff lying and communicating poorly. No-one managed the timekeeping during the afternoon (a critical skill with facilitation), so all facilitators over ran with their demo's. MD appeared hopelessly out of her depth and admitted to liking being involved in everything (ie micro manager with a lack of trust). Plenty of red flags early on and very clear it was not the right company. My only regret is not walking out of the process at an earlier stage.
