I had a two-minute phone conversation on the phone and was called in for an in-person interview the next day. I met with a co-Founder, COO, Operational Manager, and a recruiting coordinator for a 2-hour interview. The interview went well and everyone was kind; however, after leaving the office, I never hear a word from anyone again. I e-mailed the recruiting coordinator regarding my application status - even would have respected a hard, "No." The coordinator said I should be hearing back within the next week. It has been months and have yet to hear a response.
It was clear I was not going to receive an offer, but bringing in an individual for a final round interview deserves at LEAST an automated e-mail stating they decided to go a different route...

Had a brief phone interview and then was asked to come in for an on-site interview. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk, and soon 4 other candidates showed up with the same interview time. Then the talent manager explained that we would all be rotating through different rooms and interviewing with different people. I spoke with 2 people, both of which were new to their jobs. However, both were very nice and made me feel comfortable. They didn't ask me very many questions at all, but rather spoke more about the company and the duties of the job. All-in-all I only sat with interviewers for about 25 minutes total and spent well over an hour sitting in a chair and waiting for my turn. Possibly closer to an hour and a half waiting all together. I did not experience that anyone was rude like some of the other reviewers reported, however I think expecting someone to wait that long without forewarning them ahead of time and then not apologizing IS rude.
I also got the distinct impression that they are trying very hard to be cool. Unfortunately to me it felt phony and depressing.
