If you are selected in Japanese language skills, then only you are eligible for technical round for Japanese Bilingual opportunities. HR interview will be salary negotiation and etc.

Question 1
Technical round will be both in Japanese and English as per the interviewer choice. As usual most of the questions are Behavioural and situational.

Entretien
It was simple and questions were related to my projects only. It was not a difficult one to track if you have good exposure to IT projects.
There were 2 technical rounds and 1 HR discussion. There are interviews for project as well but that is only after you have joined.
It was streamlined and smooth, I received regular updates and feedback of all the rounds. There were in total 3 rounds
- First technical
- Second was managerial and scenario based
- Third was with Customer of the company

Entretien
Processo dividido em 3 fases. Primeira fase a explicar o que é a função e perceber a função do candidato. Segunda fase, explorar mais intensamente esta fase e terceira fase, ajuste de valores salariais, condiçoes contratuais.
