Recruiter reached out mid January to hire a bilingual Agile Project Manager. During the interview, he told me the role is not their website as he's trying to create a new for a brand new project for the Quebec government that is supposed to be starting in March 2024. I followed up multiple times after the screening call and got ghosted. Completely unprofessional.
