Basic overall questions and then describing banking and money handling skills. Questions about keeping information secure. Selling products to customers. It was only one interview. With head teller and branch manager.
Fairly basic process. I had an in-person interview and heard back a couple days later that I had got the job. Questions weren't super difficult either. Usually regular questions you'd expect from any job.
The interview started off promptly at the scheduled time. Interviewer was friendly and laid out expectations clearly. Interview lasted all of the scheduled time. Interviewer was friendly and informative about other openings and location possibilities.
