Submitted application through their website after seeing a posting on my university employment center. I was told via email my interviewer would call me at an agreed upon time. Five minutes past the time I called him and reached his work voicemail. Seemed unprofessional. Called their main office in Denver and was interviewed on the spot by the person who answered the phone. I found it odd that he didn't take a single minute to review my application/resume. He definitely was reading off a script. I was offered a second round interview in person but have zero interest after discussing the details of wages, hours and the general unprofessional culture.

Very short and easy interview but you could tell it was the kinda job that would hire anyone with a pulse . They ask about prior experience and all other standard interview affairs . The director I had was delightful but upon reading more reviews I’m realizing that it’s one the way thy get you into the company .

The interview process was a group overview (with other people who are interviewing) for the first 15 minutes. Then there's an individual interview afterwards that lasted 10ish minutes. They offered me the position in the interview--I did not accept right away.

All of the candidates were collectively given an overview of the history of the Fund for the Public Interest and its involvement in the advocacy for LGBT+ rights. Afterwards, we were pulled in one by one where we were interviewed by a member of the team. It was early on a Saturday morning, so much of the staff was out canvassing at the time. I came in to find out more about canvassing, but was offered a position as a field manager on the spot.
