first is the objective technical test with knowledge on c# asp.net. then a 1:1 interview shortly after the test (the usual questions like- strengths & weaknesses, blah blah blah). and finally, a personality test by HR after confirmation

Applied online via the website. Then received the phone for face-to face interview with manager about previous experiences and skills. Lastly discussion with HR about salary and benefits. The offer was given on the spot after discussion with HR.
