J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Futrend Technology (Dayton, OH) en déc. 2013
Entretien
I received a call from an old co-worker that there may be a position for me, and if I wanted to come in for an interview. When I went in - it was a fantastic opportunity for advancement. There was a lot of back and forth with the HR department in getting some pre-hire paperwork, but nothing too cumbersome. The office itself is small but growing, and new employees are getting in near the ground floor. The culture is a comfortable, casual atmosphere while being productive. It blends a good working experience for a healthy employee outlook.

Question 1
Nothing was particularly unexpected. Expect a mix of culture value questions, as well as "How would you..." approach to technical aspects for the position you are applying for.

There was a call from HR which was very general. I was asked about what experience I had, why I was interested in the company, availability, etc. Shortly after that there was a phone interview which went back over the stuff I talked to HR about, but in more detail. This was conducted by the people I would work with upon being hired. The third, and final interview was in person at the company. Previous topics were brought up briefly, and some questions were asked about how I would handle certain situations. There were no technical interviews.
I felt like most of the interviews focused around what sort of person I was, and if I would be a good fit for the company.

Question 1
Most unexpected question was who my favorite superhero was, and who my least favorite was.
Most difficult question was what I would do if a client called in, and wanted something posted to production when no one else was in the office.
