I had given many interviews but this experience was a good one. Company use to manage the interview dates & timings as per the convenience of the candidate. It has a certain hierarchy to be followed by no. of interview rounds & it depends upon the experience the candidate has. Interview rounds First interview round : Hr Manager Basic technical round : Technical team Advanced Technical round: Team leader Final round : CEO Have seen companies taking lot of waiting time for an interview, where the candidate gets irritated before the interview but here the HR comes within 5-10 mins.
