There were three interviews total The first two were great. The last interview made me realize this company was *not* going to be a good fit. Instead of calling the references I provided, they called people they knew instead. I got a weird phone call 20 minutes after the interview asking me deeply personal questions that had nothing to do with my work performance. Needless to say, when they used the term, "We're family here. We get personal," I should have stopped the process right there.
