Average. Definitely Do your research. The agency I went through didn’t have everything in order till the last minute. Good communication though. Quick process I started a week after I did my interview in person. They only hire on through temp agencies though.

Tell us a little about yourself? Are you able to stop everything your doing in order to work on priority task with short notice?

I met with the lab supervisors and the lab manager. They asked questions about my past work history and my working style. Everyone was very friendly and easy top talk to.

Brief interview with some supervisors. Nothing too hard, "How do you deal with conflict?" type questions. Lasted about 30 minutes. Had an interview with about 4 to 5 people who would be co-workers. Then they sent in this scientist guy. Really intense hard-ball questions. Made me feel stupid.
