Fantastic...three interviews...technical-leadership-cultural fit. I met with project managers, supervisors, and the president of the company. The interviews took about an hour each but it was much more of a discussion than direct questions

More of a dialogue of previous experiences and how they fit in the workplace versus specific what would you do questions.
They are ok. Culture seem ok. Hiring was pretty good. Pretty cool looking office, Google like. Interviewed with 3 managers for about 2 hours. I received an offer about 3 days after.
