it has 3 steps, number one is pre screen on phone followed by 2 different interviews it changes as per number of applicants over all professional and pleasant process.

3 interviews, all pretty low key, low pressure ability to provide examples from experience. Questions probing but not demanding opportunity to demonstrate scenarios. They we open to a broad range of questions from me.

Entretien
Interviewer was late, unkept, shirt was wrinkled, hurried through interview. Didn't pay attention to my answers. I felt that he already had the person in mind for the position, but wasted my time and gas for the interview.
