Easy interview process, got called to an interview and got a job offer on the spot, took a lengthy mental examination, and started my orientation the following week. The following week, I went to class with them to get my D license in order to start working.

Entretien
My interview was with just one person, however it could be more. The interview is Oral, face to face which was based on the new interview style with "give me a situation where you....." The mmpi test was administered at the area office in Richmond as well as the short classroom training. A few videos are shown on sexual harassment, vehicle safety etc. The job eventually calls for you to take the armed and unarmed security training. Their are private companies everywhere,( must be Department of Criminal Justice Certified)that you can take on a weekend.

Know yourself and be able to list why you would make a good security officer. How would your friends describe you. What is one of your weaknesses. Working with all types of people one needs to know how to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times. One must remember you are representing your employer. The contract you are assigned to has rules and regulations as well that has to be adhered to. It is not always what you personally would do in a situation, but what does the contract call for.

I originally interview for a security manager position on a different contract that the one I'm on and it paid $16/hr. I was denied that position and then called by another G4S account manager for my current position and offered $20/hr for a non managerial position...All I have to say is Contracting...

Applied Online and Got A Call Back Maybe 2/3 Days. The Day Of My Interview, Literally an hour Before My Interview, The Called To Reschedule. The Day Of My Interview, They Were an Hour Late. The Actual Interview Itself Was Basically A Conversation. I Got Hired On The Spot. He Really Only Asked On Question.
