I was recommended to the company Managing Director by a friend who worked for a sister company.
I appeared twice with my CV and was interviewed first by the Managing Director and then by the Production Manager.
I was invited a few weeks later by the Managing Director and we discussed salary and allowances. We reached an agreement and I was hired.
